- Go to Survey Builder
- Create survey structure (sections and questions)
- Set rating and question types
- Preview the survey
- Publish to activate
- Notify respondents of a new survey
Completing a Survey
- Log in with access token
- Select survey from available list
- Answer all questions
- Optionally add section and overall comments
- Submit or save as draft
- Can resume later from same device
Analyzing Survey Results
- Navigate to Reports page
- Select survey from list
- Click "View Reports"
- Choose report type:
- Response Distribution (all answers)
- Section Summary (averages by section)
- Scoring Analysis (top/bottom performers)
- Comment Analysis (AI-powered insights)
- Overall Summary (complete overview)
- View reports and statistics
- Export or print reports as needed
